Round 13 most important game was a victory of BosnianSiroki over their biggest opponent Slovenian Helios Suns 102-80 on Tuesday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Helios Suns. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Siroki shot 60.3 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. Siroki looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian center Matej Bosnjak (204-2002, college: Wichita St.) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists. Slovenian Miha Skedelj (201-1999) contributed with 20 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Siroki's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Alen Malovcic (198-2002) answered with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his eight free throws) and point guard Jan Zemljic (192-2004) added 13 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for Helios Suns. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Siroki (6-1) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Sutjeska. Helios Suns at the other side dropped to the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Vojvodina and Zlatibor.
